View from Pinder's Perch:
If not for injuries and a strong Training Camp in Calgary, fans in Abbotsford likely would have seen a whole lot more of Chilliwack Bruins product Roman Horak. The skilled centre played 61 games with the Flames last season, but closed the campaign with the Heat, where his minutes shot up drastically from a limited role in Calgary. Horak showed flashes of brilliance in Heat silks, but was also shifted to the wing where he is relatively green, which couldn’t have been easy. Horak and his old line mate Ryan Howse showed chemistry when they saw time together in Abbotsford (this wasn't often), and it's a combination that may be leaned on for offence next season.
