In over 1000+ games played over 15 NHL seasons, Ryan was a Captain, All-Star, Stanley Cup Champion, NHLPA Vice-President and NHL Man of the Year. His post-playing career has included radio and television broadcasting, founding three companies, acting and advising for television and movies, and worldwide speaking and training in leadership development. Ryan has a Master of Arts Degree in Leadership/Business and is the author of five books.
Prior to his inaugural season as President of the Abbotsford Heat, Ryan was Assistant Coach of the Vancouver Canucks and Head Coach of the Canadian National Women's Hockey Team. Ryan resides in the Fraser Valley with his wife and 4 of their 5 children and revels in frequent visits with his new grandson.
Justin enters his third season with the Abbotsford Heat as the VP of Ticket Sales and Service. Justin joined the Heat after spending several seasons with the CFL's BC Lions. McIntyre' previous experience has also taken him to Toronto to work with the Toronto Blue Jays (MLB), Toronto Phantoms (AFL), and back in Vancouver with the Vancouver Canucks (NHL) and Vancouver Grizzlies (NBA).
Justin is an avid golfer and loves to go fishing. He also spends his spare time playing hockey and enjoying music.

I play a lot of softball from Spring to early Fall. I also enjoy playing golf, hockey and soccer when I can. I also like to play Poker and Euchre – and no it’s not just for old men!
